Herma has over 15 years experience in agricultural value chains and project management. She has worked for both private sector companies and NGOs in multiple stakeholder settings. International experience in Africa and South East Asia on sectors such as coffee, cocoa and horticulture. Herma has a degree in Tropical Landuse Wageningen University and holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management. She speaks Dutch, English and French.
Michiel is founder and co-owner of Agri-Logic. He has a 15 year track record in tropical agricultural commodity projects that involve small scale producers, exporters and FMCGCs. He is leading various impact assessment and modelling projects in coffee and cocoa in Africa, Latin America and Asia. He has developed large scale (semi-)commercial investment programs in various commodity sectors for corporate, financial and governmental clients. Michiel has a degree in tropical agriculture.

Bashir has 15+ years experience in agribusiness in Nigeria with a focus and network in the North. He owns a farm, worked with and sourced from farmers and processing companies. He has specific interest and experience in sourcing, supply chain and agrilogistics. He has a Nigerian nationality and speaks English and Hausa.
Le Quang Binh is a certification manager and lead auditor with over 20 years experience in agricultural commodities, especially coffee, tea, cocoa and pepper. He is a specialized consultant for development of quality and food safety management systems (ISO22000, BRC, FSMA), and moreover, he has contributed his effort to the management of sustainable production areas, structuring of supply chain activities, and consolidation of the supply chain for certified commodities. He has a Bachelor in Agricultural Economics from University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University. He speaks Vietnamese and English.
25+ years experience in agriculture value chain, project management, private sector management and investor, experience with INGOs. Working experience in Burundi, Rwanda, East Africa, Ivory Coast. MBA Project management, Engineer Agronomist. Conducted several evaluations and feasibility studies for cooperatives and private sector. Languages: Kirundi, French, English, Kinyarwanda, Swahili.
Jacques has 15+ years of experience in the agricultural sector in West Africa. He supports SMEs in improving business performance of among others processing units. Experience in market studies, developing business, competitive analyses. He holds an Agricultural Engineering degree, and speaks French, Bamanakan-Dioula and English.
Jean Bosco has 10+ years of experience in value chains in West Africa. He worked for a large range of local and international development agencies. He is a rural development engineer specialized in environmental sciences through higher education. Has been involved in several projects in the mango sector in Burkina Faso. Speaks French, English and Dioulasso.
Kehinde has more than more than 5 years of working experience within Agricultural Economic Research, Agricultural Consultancy, Economics and Customer Service. He holds an MSc in Economics from University of Ibadan and his BSc in Agricultural Economics from the same university. His research interests are value chain analysis of farm produce, food security and nutrition, poverty reduction, technology adoption and innovation dynamics, social protection, spatial economics, impact assessment, rural development and agribusiness management.
Ali has 5+ years of experience in business consulting incl SME advise, market analysis, business plans, CSR. He has 7+ years of experience in management of SMEs, social enterprises. He holds a Bsc in Business Administration, Temple University, Philadelphia, USA and MSc in International organisation Management. Speaks French, English, Bambara.
Pepe Hatewa has 14+ years experience across various sectors including agribusiness. He works on supply chain management, local content, commerce, logistics, market research and matchmaking. He is specifically skilled in investment facilitation and due diligence services. He studied Business Administration & Entrepreneurship in Namibia, was part of Junior Achievement Namibia and Rotaract. He is now a member of Rotary, GEN and other Organizations / Networks. Pepe is based in Angola and works throughout the SADC region.

Value chain development with focus on improving small scale farmers’ livelihoods through productivity, market access and access to finance and inputs. Speaks English and Yoruba.
Seini has 15+ years experience in Ghana's agricultural economy. He was a former risk, admin and sustainability manager for a cocoa trading company, after which he joined the University for Development Studies in Tamale, Ghana as lecturer. He holds his MSc in agricultural economics, and is working towards his PhD in the same field.
Thomas has over 25 years experience in business, with over 15 years in agricommodities in Nigeria with a focus and network in the South-East. He manages cooperatives, procurement and agricultural processing. He started his career in finance and investment in London. He holds the English and Nigerian nationality, and has an MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia University in New York.
